In Tandem

After 800 miles of training, Warren Green ’76 and his daughter Rebecca Green ’08 rode 165 miles from Wellesley to Provincetown, Massachusetts, this summer in the PanMass Challenge (PMC) to benefit the Dana Farber Cancer Institute. Warren, a 14-time challenge participant, and Rebecca, a first-time rider, raised over $7,000 for the Institute. Donning Vassar jerseys, “We really stood out in a sea of riders wearing the official PMC jersey,” Warren said. “Lots of spectators and other riders cheered us on with shouts of ‘Go, Vassar!’... The Vassar jerseys were like having a tailwind the entire way!”
