San Francisco Treat

By Amy Boggs ’07

This past spring, members of the class of ’72 took to San Francisco in a whirlwind weekend of art, cabaret, and fine dining. According to Katrin Belenky Colamarino, the 10 classmates came from as far as Virginia and Poughkeepsie for the mini-reunion and made the most of their short stay. Well planned by Liz Moffitt Herr, class vice president, the mini-reunion included a tour of the Asian Art Museum (led by Diana Chace), a showing of the long-running Beach Blanket Babylon revue, and two fabulous dinners. Some of the group also took a ferry across the Bay to the historic town of Tiburon in Marin County. “The reunion was really superb, everyone looked very fit and happy and exploration of the Asian Museum and Tiburon with this young thinking crew were wonderful bonding experiences,” said Colamarino. “We should do more mini-reunions!” Most importantly, the reunion gave the classmates a chance to chat, catch up, and look forward to their 35th reunion this coming June.
