Some artists create works for the ages. Others design for the moment—art today, gone tomorrow! The work of Elisa Strauss ’98 and Jason Schreiber ’05 is rendered in the most ephemeral of media: cake. Both Strauss and Schreiber express themselves eloquently and edibly in sculpted layers, fillings, frosting, and fondant—and their mutual love of cake making has paved the way to sweet success in each of their paths.
